For US Residential Roofing Contractors

What your roofing website needs to do, and why most don't.

Before listing deliverables, let's address the real problem: the homeowner decision journey. Your website's only job is to help a stressed person verify trust, understand the process, and take the next step.

When a homeowner searches for a roofer, they're usually under stress. A storm just passed. There's a leak. They're worried about cost, timeline, and whether they're about to hire someone trustworthy.

In that state, they don't read carefully. They scan. They make snap judgments based on whether your site looks current, whether they can find a phone number instantly, and whether other people seem to trust you. If any of those signals is weak or missing, they go back to search results and click the next listing.

This page explains what LeadEase builds into every roofing website to address that reality, and what we deliberately leave out to keep the offer focused and affordable.

Interactive Guide

What homeowners need to see

Select each category to see why it matters and how it should appear on a roofing website.

📍Local proof of work

Homeowners want to know you actually serve their area. They look for nearby service areas, local project photos (with permission), and community presence, not generic stock imagery of houses that could be anywhere.

Site Example

A "Service Areas" section near the top of the homepage with specific cities or counties. A "Our Work" gallery showing actual completed roofs with location context when possible.

Implementation Note

Place this above the fold on mobile so visitors immediately confirm you serve their neighborhood.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this a template or a custom build?
Each website is built to your specific business: message, services, service areas, and brand direction. We use established frameworks for reliability, but the content, structure, and visual approach are tailored per client.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. LeadEase does not promise search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or conversion lifts. The entry offer is a focused website build, not an SEO campaign, ad program, or lead-generation system.
What if I already have a domain?
That's ideal. David can work with your existing domain, help you acquire one, or advise on domain selection during scoping.
Can I add SEO or ads later?
Yes. Deeper engagements like SEO campaigns, paid advertising management, or workflow automation can be separately scoped after the initial website is launched. They are not included in the entry offer.
Who owns the finished website?
You do. Ownership details are formalized in the signed client agreement. Third-party components (platform licenses, stock photos, fonts) may have separate terms that we disclose during scoping.
