9. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS messaging from LeadEase AI, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: Messages sent may include appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional messages related to LeadEase AI services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadEase AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

14. Fictional Demo Disclosure

This Site may reference fictional concept websites (such as "Copperline Roofing") built solely for demonstration purposes. These are not real businesses, clients, or completed projects. Any names, details, or scenarios associated with such demos are entirely fictional and intended for illustrative purposes only.

15. Project Scope, Fees, and Agreements

Important distinction:

Any website build engagement, including scope of work, fees, ownership rights, hosting arrangements, support levels, cancellation terms, and timelines, is governed by a separate signed client agreement entered into directly between you and David Potter / LeadEase AI.

These public website Terms of Use do not constitute that client agreement and do not govern the terms of any paid service engagement.
